At Pegasus Automation, we take pride in the precision and quality of our IoT solutions and hardware. Due to the specialized nature of our products, including custom embedded systems and MYOSA kits, we maintain a strict return policy.
1. No-Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect ordering.

All sales are final once the product has been dispatched from our facility in Ahmedabad.
2. Damaged or Defective Products

Returns are only processed in the event that a customer receives a product that is physically damaged or functionally defective upon arrival.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must report the damage within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
3. How to File a Claim
If you have received a damaged product, please follow these steps:

Provide Evidence: You must include clear photos or a short video demonstrating the damage or the technical defect of the hardware.

Evaluation: Our engineering team will review the claim to determine if the issue is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
4. Exclusions

This policy does not cover damages resulting from improper wiring, incorrect power supply, or unauthorized firmware modifications by the user.

Any product that shows signs of being used or tampered with after delivery will not be eligible for a return.
Kit Usage & Liability By purchasing a MYOSA Kit, you agree to use the components for their intended educational or prototyping purposes.
Technical Responsibility: > Users are responsible for following provided wiring diagrams and voltage requirements. MYOSA is not liable for hardware damage caused by improper external power supply, short circuits, or incorrect integration with third-party microcontrollers.
Support: Purchase of a kit includes access to official documentation. Technical support is limited to manufacturing defects of the sensors provided.
